Entries will be limited to 30 runs per CAP test and 50 for Sprinters. Day of test entries will NOT be accepted at this test.
Entries open on Wednesday, September 2 and close on September 16.
Covid-19 Protocols
1. A Covid 19 screening questionnaire will be at check in and MUST be signed before you are allowed down at the field. Anyone who identifies as having symptoms, been out of the country within 14 days, attended a large gathering, testing positive or having been in proximity with some testing positive will be given a refund and will not be allowed to attend the event.
2. Handlers will receive a refund of entry fees if this event is cancelled due to changes to BC Provincial Health Officers orders or guidelines in effect closer to the event.
3. Spectators are not allowed.
4. Cars must be spaced out in the parking area near the field.
5. Social distancing of at least 6' between people not travelling in the same vehicle required and enforced. Handlers will not approach volunteers (e.g. timers, photographer, hunt master, paddock master) unless they have a mask on.
6. Handlers of dogs that need to be measured must wear a mask. An agility height card will be acceptable in lieu of measuring.
7. Handlers will check their own bitches for being in season and show the tissue to the inspection team.
8. A volunteer releaser will release your dog, they will sanitize their hands between each dog and wear a mask.
9. Handlers need to bring their own hand sanitizers.
10. Handlers must bring their own mask and wear it when social distancing won't work (during briefing, handing dog off to releaser etc).
11. Ribbons will be handed out after each event using gloves.
